This book is so smoking hot I had to put my laptop in the refrigerator. Claire Thompson clearly knows her way around the scene, each stage of the relationship between Eric and Johnny rang true. . Golden Boy ended much too soon, and I hope the author considers a sequel.

Ms. Thompson has opened a new world that this reader has never known and possibly the horizons for other readers. The approach taken in this book is very informative and enjoyable to read.It is this readers hope that Ms. Thompson will write more books in this genre.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and felt drawn into every exchange, every sentence. Every time that Eric pushes Johnny to accept something new and frightening, I felt like I was being pushed as a reader to accept it at the same time. The Dominance/submission aspect of their relationship is scorching, and it perfectly reflects their love for each other. The supporting characters are interesting , and simply add to the already rich storyline..Claire Thompson has written a delightful story with Golden Boy , and I highly recommend it.

I have read many books concerning same sex relationships and this one is awesome. The exploration of the gay D/s lifestyle is utterly intriguing. Ms. Thompson pens a tale of love and self-discovery that really touched me. Anyone who is even remotely interested in the BDSM lifestyle, and enjoys tales of same sex love, should grab this book as soon as possible.
